Return and Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Items returned or exchanged must not have signs of significant use.
Non-returnable items:
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as digital products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to the following address:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. For defective items, we will pay the return shipping fee.
Returns Due to Customer’s Remorse
If you wish to return an item due to buyer’s remorse, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
